Warranty Overview:

Enjoy peace of mind with our 3-month “Parts-Only” limited warranty across our entire range. Our 'Parts Only' limited warranty ensures that any defective component will be repaired or replaced by any authorized KAYO dealer in the Republic of Cyprus at no cost for the replacement parts. Labour costs for fitment or repairs under this warranty are not included.  The warranty period commences from the “purchase date” indicated on the receipt of purchase. The 3-month “Parts-Only” warranty covers new KAYO products imported by J.L. MOTORACE LIMITED against equipment or manufacturing defects during normal private use*.

Maintenance, Consumables, Transport, and Receipts:

To maintain the validity of your 3 months “Parts Only” limited warranty, we recommend adhering to the servicing and maintenance schedule outlined in your owner's manual and entrusting these tasks to authorized KAYO dealers operating in the Republic of Cyprus. The authorised KAYO dealer’s expertise and specialized tools ensure that your KAYO product remains in optimal condition.

Failure to comply with the maintenance schedule or having servicing performed by unauthorized individuals may void your warranty. When requesting warranty service, please ensure that the entire product is presented to the dealer for inspection. Keep records of all servicing and maintenance performed on your KAYO product, as these may be required to support warranty claims.

Please note that consumable items such as oil filters, air filters, engine oil, spark plugs, and coolant are not covered by the warranty. Additionally, transportation expenses for warranty-related service are the responsibility of the purchaser.

The warranty does not cover:

• Oxidation or corrosion-related defects.
• Use of KAYO products for commercial use/purposes**.
• Regular maintenance or scheduled replacement of certain items, including but not limited to brake pads, brake discs, serviceable bearings, spokes, clutches, cables, and tires.
• Damage resulting from improper maintenance, storage, or misuse.
• Repairs performed by unauthorized individuals.
• Racing or competition use.
• Deterioration due to fair wear and tear during private use*.
• Use of non-genuine KAYO parts.
• Modifications to original specifications or installation of non-genuine accessories or performance parts.
• Defects or repairs related to the use of Ethanol-based fuels.
• Damage caused by overloads or failure to follow instructions in the owner's manual.

*Private use: Personal use only.

**Commercial use: Use for income-generating (such as rental purposes).
